Trusted Agent Program
Our Trusted Agent Program was created to partner with experienced local, active agents for initial property walk-thrus, move-in and move-out inspections.
We will schedule around your availability and pay you directly the same day you have performed the walk through. Each walk-through will be paid at $50 per property for assignments completed before 5pm.
We will give you guidance on what to look for and how to report your findings. All forms to document the assignments will be provided to you.

We’re a full-service property management company offering leasing, tenant screening, rent collection, maintenance coordination, routine inspections, and financial reporting. -
Do I earn a referral fee?
Yes! You’ll earn a $250 referral fee for every owner who signs a Property Management Agreement with us. You’ll receive $150 when you bring a qualified renter who signs a one-year lease. Additionally, earn more by conducting walk-through inspections for us. -

What if my client isn’t happy?
Our service pledge is built on communication, transparency, and integrity. We treat every referred client as if they were our own, providing attentive care and quick resolutions to any concerns. We will do our utmost to resolve any issue directly with the client. In the event your client is not satisfied we will honor our cancellation policy with a 30 day notice.
